Shipping policy

All UK orders go first class within 48 working hours and usually arrive within two to three working days. You can upgrade to guaranteed next day delivery if you wish. Claims of non receipt may be made on the 15th day after dispatch and not before. However, I obtain tracking information for some domestic orders so please ask if your order is delayed as I should be able to help you find it.

Overseas orders are sent via airmail and take two to six weeks. Please allow extra time during the run up to Christmas! You can upgrade to international tracked and signed (from five days) for only the actual cost of that service. Claims of non receipt for standard airmail should not be made until 25 working days after postage, until that time an order is considered delayed only.
