Please order now for depth before our annual visit to family 26th June to 12th July. Orders placed during this fortnight will be sent upon our return. Most yarn club members will experience a delay this year (sorry!) so please be patient! Thank you.

Refund policy

I offer full refunds upon safe return of your order within 14 days of receipt. If I am at fault I will reimburse return postage costs but if I am not then you are responsible for these. Please contact me beforehand so a course of action can be agreed.

You must return the item in the condition you received it in and you should not expose it to cats or their environment as one member of our family is dangerously allergic. If you have cats, simply keep your returns safely in the packaging they arrived in until you post them back and they will be absolutely fine. Please let me know to expect a cat positive parcel so I can take precautions. I appreciate you being a responsible owner. Thank you.
